Returns and refunds

Unopened packs can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, we'll replace it or refund you.

Unopened packs

Message us within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Send the pack back unopened, with the vacuum seals intact. Return shipping is paid by you. We refund the price of the pack to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving it.

Opened sticks

Opened sticks can't be returned, because they go in the mouth.

Damaged or wrong orders

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, and you don't need to send anything back.
