Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to fill your order, and we never sell or share your information for marketing.

What we collect

• Your name, email, phone number and delivery address, so we can deliver your order and contact you about it.
• Your answer to "How did you hear about us?", if you give one.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email.

Payments

When online checkout is on, payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch this website or us.

Website visits

We may count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other websites. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to complete your order: Stripe for payment, and our shipping carrier for your delivery address. Nobody else.

Messages from us

We message you about your order. We only send other messages, such as a reminder before Ramadan, if you've bought from us or agreed to them, and every one tells you how to stop.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.
